Nearly 350 Vietnamese citizens brought home from UAE and India

Around 350 Vietnamese citizens from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India have been repatriated through a flight by national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines.

Around 350 Vietnamese citizens from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India have been repatriated through a flight by national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines.

The flight landed at Cam Ranh Airport in the southern central province of Khanh Hoa today, December 8.

The passengers on the flight include children aged below 18, the elderly, the sick, pregnant women, students and other special cases.

Vietnamese representative offices in UAE and India helped the passengers in going to airports and also assisted them in check-in procedures.

Vietnam Airlines ensured safety and preventive measures against Covid-19 during the flight.

Upon arrival at the airport, all passengers and crew members were required to undergo medical checkups and then taken to quarantine sites.
