According to Decree 46 issued in 2016, car drivers will be fined no matter how much alcohol they drank. Motorbike drivers will be fined if their blood alcohol concentration is 50mg of alcohol per 100ml blood or a breath-alcohol level of more than 0.25mg of alcohol per litre of breath.
There are no punishments for cyclists yet. In the near future, more directives and decrees will be issued.
There are also opinions that more detailed regulations are required because in reality the use of certain medicines and food could affect breath-alcohol levels.
