Many American veterans and foreign visitors attended the 50th anniversary of the My Lai Massacre held this morning, March 16, in the central province of Quang Ngai.

Many American veterans and foreign visitors attended the 50th anniversary of the My Lai Massacre held this morning, March 16, in the central province of Quang Ngai.

The event saw the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh and representatives from many ministries and agencies along with American veterans who ever joined the Vietnamese war as well as foreign investors.

Michen William, an Australian visitor, said that he knew about the massacre through the media, so he and his friends joined the ceremony to commemorate the people who died.
