The tourists were spotted drifting farther offshore on two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) as strong winds and waves worsened sea conditions.
Rescuers deployed a speedboat and reached the group despite rough conditions, bringing all four tourists and their two paddleboards safely back to shore.
The tourists were exhausted and distressed but were reported to be in stable condition after receiving first aid.
The four, who work at the VSIP Industrial Park, said strong winds pushed them more than 1 km offshore after they rented paddleboards despite having little experience. They were unable to call for help because they had no mobile phones.
Authorities urged residents and visitors not to use paddleboards or other water sports equipment without adequate experience, and to closely monitor weather conditions and follow safety instructions from rescue personnel.
