Police, the military, airport authorities and local governments have been instructed to strengthen patrols, improve coordination and crack down on unauthorised drones entering restricted airspace.

The military has been tasked with monitoring no-fly zones and responding to drone-related incidents, while local authorities will carry out inspections in communities surrounding the airport.
Authorities have also called for greater public awareness of aviation safety regulations, particularly in schools, tourist attractions and recreational areas where drones are commonly used.
Lien Khuong International Airport, which has been closed for runway and taxiway upgrades, is expected to resume operations on August 19.
