Bui Thi Dinh, 34, from Thuy Xuan Commune is staying at Bach Mai Hospital for treatment.
The donation was granted to Dinh
The donation came after an article about Dinh’s condition had been published in the Dantri Newspaper.
Of the total donation, half was directly sent to Dinh’s bank account, with the remainder granted to the woman by Dan Tri/DTiNews Newspaper.
Dinh expressed her deep thanks for the support.
After her divorce in 2014, Dinh brought her children to Hanoi to earn a living. In 2017, Dinh felt pains in her breast and breathing difficulties. Doctors then diagnosed her with lung cancer. The woman thought of death but she has had to try to struggle with the disease because of her children.
Her condition has worsened, forcing her to use expensive medicines. So, she has had to get more loans.
Bach Mai Hospital has called on donations to help her.
