According to the committee, the city has a greater demand for public transport, especially for tourists. The city will pilot nine teen 12-seat buses on the routes, running at between 15 and 30 minutes.

The route 1 in the central area will have use 11 electric buses of 12 seats which will operate from 5:30 am to 6.30 pm. Route 2 around Phu My Hung Urban Area will operate from 8 am to 10pm and for route 3 will run from 5 am to 8pm.

Tickets will cost VND6,000 (USD0.28) to 10,000 a trip. Passengers can pay VND40,000  for a ticket valid for unlimited rides for four hours. A one-day pass will cost VND120,000.
