Under the scorching early March sun, female traffic police officers diligently practice their formations.

Meanwhile, their commanders guide the contingent of female special task force officers during the training process.

Despite the challenges posed by the intense heat, all officers are making every effort to ensure the success of the grand ceremony.

The training program is divided into four phases, beginning on December 14, 2024.

The forces are currently undergoing the second phase of training.

Male officers of the People's Police Force are practising synchronised marching while getting accustomed to the parade rhythm.

Meanwhile, the 128-member female special task force unit is training day and night in preparation for the parade.

Officers from the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department are also actively participating in training. The grand parade, celebrating the 50th anniversary of national reunification, is expected to feature approximately 35 formations from the armed forces. It is jointly organised by the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Public Security. Ho Chi Minh City authorities will conduct the subsequent march, consisting of 11 formations.

Notably, the parade will include the participation of United Nations' peacekeeping forces.

The number of personnel mobilised for the parade and march is expected to exceed 13,000. According to the plan, the parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of National Reunification will take place on the morning of April 30 along Le Duan Street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
