The patient has not reported fever and coughing for five days and biochemical tests have been normal. Her health has completely recovered.

The female patient has been discharged from hospital
On Monday morning, she was discharged from the hospital and the treatment was free of charge.
The woman who works for a Japanese company located in the northern province of Vinh Phuc was sent to China’s Wuhan City for a training course two months before Tet.
On January 17, she arrived at Noi Bai International Airport and then on January 23, she returned her home. Several days after that, she began facing fever and cough and was taken to Yen Dinh District General Hospital on January 24. Then she was transferred to Thanh hoa General Hospital Department of Tropical Diseases with a high fever.
She was isolated and her blood samples were sent to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, showing that she had tested positive for the virus.
Following the treatment, she was tested again on January 30 and 31, and no longer exhibited symptoms.
Thanh Hoa is the second location in the country after HCM City to successfully treat patients infected with the virus. The province has only three patients quarantined pending test results.
