The citizens were handed over at Border Marker 313 and processed by officers from the Ha Tien International Border Gate Border Guard Station.
Personal information and relevant documents were verified before procedures were completed in accordance with regulations. The process was conducted transparently and in compliance with legal requirements.

Border guards provided temporary accommodation, essential supplies and medical support to vulnerable returnees, including those in poor health, people travelling with children and individuals facing financial difficulties.
The station coordinated with local authorities to verify information and guide returnees through the necessary administrative procedures.
During the screening process, officers arrested two men wanted by police. One of them, Nguyen Tan Luan, 30, from HCM City was wanted on charges of snatch theft, while Lam Quang Nhat, 41, also from the southern city, was wanted for allegedly receiving property obtained through criminal activity.
The two suspects were handed over to police for further legal proceedings.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tan Duong, commander of the Ha Tien International Border Gate Border Guard Station, said officers had prepared facilities, medical support and administrative resources to ensure the safe and efficient reception of returnees.
He said authorities sought not only to comply with legal procedures but also to provide support and reassurance to citizens returning home under different circumstances.
