These toxic videos infringed upon the interests of the Party and the State as well as the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, Tuan said, adding that the Ministry will continue working with social network service providers to eliminate toxin contents.

He admitted that the Ministry still lacks of effective measures to manage advertising on Facebook and Google.
Tuan also reported Vietnam detected 27 cyber attacks on servers of the International Media Centre located in the central city of Da Nang during the APEC Economic Leaders Summit 2017.
In the first 11 months this year, more than 11,000 cyber attacks have been found, said the Minister.
