The move follows a directive from the provincial police chief to strengthen rail traffic safety measures.
Traffic police, in coordination with local authorities and the Ha Ninh Railway JSC, carried out the closures at multiple high-risk locations lacking permits and warning systems.

The affected crossings were located at several kilometre markers, including sections around Km56-Km67, identified as potential accident hotspots.
Barriers and warning signs have been installed, while officers were deployed to direct traffic and minimise disruption to local travel.
Police said removing informal crossings is a key step in restoring order along railway safety corridors, reducing dangerous intersections and helping curb rail accidents.
