Tien Thanh Company, the contractor, is finalising remaining works and procedures to open Xuan Huong Bridge on National Highway 20.

Local authorities said finishing work at the bridge approaches is being completed in coordination with the contractor, with the project on track to open ahead of the holiday peak.
The bridge is 133 metres long and 9 metres wide, spanning a landslide section between Km226+600 and Km226+800 on National Highway 20. The project, with investment of more than VND 33 billion (approximately USD 1.25 million), began construction in mid-December 2025 under the Ministry of Construction.
The Mimosa Pass section was severely damaged by heavy rain in late November and early December 2025, when part of the road at Km226 collapsed into a ravine about 30 metres deep, leaving a 100 metre break and cutting off traffic.
Authorities initially cleared slopes to create a temporary route before deciding to build the overpass as a long-term solution.
