The centre, which is part of Hanoi’s Department of Natural Resources and Environment, is intended to develop, manage and use land funds throughout the city.It is capable of distributing compensation payouts and support resettlement; transferring land use rights of individuals, organisations and households; and holding land use rights auctions and other services regarding land.
