Under the decision jointly issued by the Finance and Industry and Trade ministries, E5 RON 92 petrol fell by VND 520 to VND 19,280 per litre and RON 95 dropped by VND 540 to VND 20,000.
Meanwhile, diesel declined to VND 18,800 per litre, kerosene fell by VND 810 to VND 19,470, and mazut dropped by VND 250 to VND 13,480 per kilogramme.

Domestic fuel prices are lowered from 3 pm on November 27.
The price-stabilisation fund was not used or added to during this review.
This marks the second consecutive price cut following one increase. Since the start of the year, RON 95 has logged 26 increases and 23 cuts; diesel has seen 24 rises, 23 reductions and one unchanged adjustment.
The fuel price-stabilisation fund remains in surplus, with several major distributors reporting sizeable balances after consecutive periods of non-use. As of the end of the second quarter, the fund totalled VND 5.614 trillion (USD 223.3 million), half of which was held by state-run Petrolimex.
