The North Korean mission is scheduled to tour the two localities today. However, whether the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will join the trip or not has not yet been disclosed.
On Tan Vu Bridge in Haiphong
The North Korean delegation is slated to visit VinFast, Vietnam's first fully-fledged car manufacturer, in Haiphong’s Cat Hai District. They may also come to see newly-opened Bach Dang Bridge which connects Haiphong and Quang Ninh.

Since Tuesday afternoon, the flags of North Korea and Vietnam have been displayed along roads to Paradise Wharf in Quang Ninh where the North Korean mission was said to have a meeting with Quang Ninh authorities.
