President of Supreme People’s Court gives oath speech

The 14th National Assembly deputies re-elected Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh as President of the Supreme People’s Court on July 27.

At the swearing-in ceremony which took place after the election, Mr. Binh pledged to be absolutely loyal to the Fatherland, the people, and the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and to make all-out efforts to fulfill the duties assigned by the Party, State and people.

He respectively thanked the 14th National Assembly for electing him as President of the Supreme People’s Court in the 2016-2021 tenure.

On the same day, Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh was re-elected as Vice President in the 2011-2016 phase.

Mr. Le Minh Tri was also named as the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy.
