The inspection was carried out on Monday by the provincial market surveillance force, economic police and other agencies at a local household business in Quy Nhon Ward.

Officers found more than 2,000 kg of animal fat and skin without proof of origin, along with 16 containers of suspected animal oil, two large cooking vats, a press machine and three metal drums.
Authorities said the processing area was damp and contaminated with grease and residue, failing to meet food safety standards.
The suspected products and raw materials were seized pending further investigation and legal action.
