The patient who tested positive for Covid-19 on May 6 is staying at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi’s Dong Anh District.
By this morning, Vietnam recorded a total 3,091 Covid 19 patients, including 1,691 locally-infected cases.Since the latest wave of coronavirus outbreaks from April 27, the country has recorded 121 local infections in 15 localities, including Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh cities, and the provinces of Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Quang Nam, Dong Nai, Hai Duong, Yen Bai, Thai Binh, Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Quang Ngai, and Thanh Hoa.
The country has vaccinated more 747,820 people against Covid-19 in 48 localities, mostly frontline workers of the Covid-19 fight.
