According to the National Centre for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, rain will start Monday evening and will range from 50 to 150mm.

Northern localities forecasted to experience heavy rain
Mountainous areas would be most affected, with the highest rainfall of up to 250mm.
The rain would last until the end of July 31.
Hanoi's temperature would be between 26-30 degrees centigrade. From August 1, the city has been predicted to witness hot weather again, with 25 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, the northern central, Central Highlands, and southern regions will also experience rain, with the highest rainfall of 300mm.
People have been warned of flash flood and landslide risks in mountainous areas, as well as flooding in low-lying and urban areas.
