A flight which transported the people from France and some other European countries landed at Van Don International Airport in the northern province of Quang Ninh this morning, June 29.
More than 280 Vietnamese people from Europe have returned home for Covid-19 prevention
Most of the passengers are children below 18 years old and students who graduated from universities, the elderly, sick individuals, tourists, and migrant workers whose work visas have expired.
The Vietnamese Embassy in France actively worked with concerned agencies in other European countries for the repatriation flight.
During the flight, the passengers had to tightly follow the Covid-19 prevention regulations.
Right after arriving at Van Don International Airport, they were sent to a quarantine site.
