The Vietnam People's Air Force has launched two mobile oxygen production stations in HCM City
Colonel Nguyen Van Hieu from the air force said that each oxygen production station’s equipment, including an electricity generator, are mounted on a truck.
The two stations have six staff, including two drivers. Each station can ensure oxygen for 40-60 40-litre tanks each. The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology can provide oxygen purity of 99.5%.
The military mobile oxygen stations are expected to partially help to provide oxygen to local hospitals quickly as the pandemic remains complicated.
On August 18, Factory A41 presented HCM City 1,000 oxygen tanks of 40 litres each for Covid-19 treatment at field hospitals.
