The provincial Department of Construction was tasked with coordinating with relevant agencies to propose measures to address landslide risks and submit them to the provincial People's Committee for consideration.

Dam Rong 4 authorities were also instructed to take immediate remedial measures to protect residents.

The Dung K'No 5 resettlement area covers more than 15.4 hectares and comprises 113 land plots. The two-phase project had a total investment of nearly VND 59.7 billion (USD 2.3 million).

Land subsidence and landslides have occurred at the site since July 2025, affecting homes and auxiliary structures. Large cracks have also appeared on slopes in the area, raising further landslide risks.

Local authorities have asked Lam Dong Province to provide funding for remedial work to ensure residents' safety.
