Construction workers dig up a human leg at a cafe bar in Quang Ngai Province on December 3
The workers found the leg at 5.30 am on December 3, still covered in trousers, after digging 30cm down the front porch. They immediately notified the house owner and the authorities.
Chairman of Bac Ly Ward People's Committee, Hoang Ba Trong, said on December 4 that the police was investigating the case. "The workers were digging up the floor when they discovered the leg. The previous tenant has just returned the house," Trong said.
According to Trong, the house owner lived in a different area and was a good person. The previous tenant opened a football cafe shop for about six years and did not quarrel with anyone. The house has been rented out to various people.
The new owner wanted to repair the football cafe bar for new business.
The leg looks like it has been buried six to seven years ago. It is suspected that a body was buried underneath the house.
