This morning, August 23, local residents could travel on some certain roads. Almost every kilometre of road has one Covid-19 check-point.
More security forces have been arranged at the junction of Vo Thi Sau-Hai Ba Trung which often has higher traffic density. People are being requested to show their travel permits.

All traffic on Tran Hung Dao Street was tightly checked.
Anyone who fails to show their appropriate travel permit is asked to return home.

People who are allowed to travel during the lockdown time are provided with travel permits. Travel permits which were granted before August 23 are not accepted
