The incident happened on Sunday at Chay River in Ban Cai Commune in Bao Yen District.

According to the initial information, at around 7 am the same day, a group of seven young men from Thuong Ha Commune’s Bao Yen District sailed a boat to Ca Waterfall.
At 11 pm, they got into the boat to return home. However, when they travelled along the Chay River, the boat suddenly capsized. Three managed to swim ashore safely, while the remaining three drowned.
Local authorities quickly sent a rescue team to the scene. As of Monday morning, two victims had been found, while another remained missing.
