Hanoi to hold Liberation Day fireworks display

Hanoi will organise firework displays at 30 locations to celebrate the city’s 70th Liberation Day on October 10.

Hanoi will organise firework displays at 30 locations to celebrate the city’s 70th Liberation Day on October 10.

The fireworks performance will be held from 9 pm to 9.15 pm with 22 low-range shows and eight high and low-range displays.

 

Hoan Kiem Lake

The fireworks locations include the Hoan Kiem Lake area, Thong Nhat Park, Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Son Tay Citadel, Van Quan Lake, Cau Giay Park, Hoang Cau Lake, and My Dinh National Stadium.

Hanoi will hold numerous activities to celebrate the 70th Liberation Day. Most activities will take place between September and October, including literary and art writing contests, the Red River Delta Photo Festival, Peace and Culture Day, the Hanoi Marathon Race, Hanoi open dragon boat racing, the second Hanoi Autumn Festival, and the Hanoi Long Dress Tourism Festival.
