The six Vietnamese representatives were selected from a pool of nearly 2,200 candidates nationwide who took the MOS tests in order to assess their skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

This year’s national competition witnessed a record number of 156 competitors who scored a maximum 1,000 points since the championship was launched in the country back in 2010. This result shows that computer and information technology skills of Vietnamese students have improved.

Aside from six first prizes, the organisers also awarded 18 second prizes, 30 third prizes, and 72 consolation prizes.
