According to initial information, early this morning, July 11, the city’s police received a report of an accident on Hoang Sa Street, near the lower section of Bai Bac Pass in Son Tra Peninsula.
Rescuers found a man dead on a roadside barrier, with a badly damaged motorcycle lying in a nearby drainage ditch.

Initial findings revealed the victim was a 28-year-old American man staying temporarily in An Hai Ward in Danang City.
According to a representative from the Son Tra Peninsula and Danang Beach Management Board, the man was riding a large motorcycle toward the city when he lost control, plunged into a drainage ditch, and died on the spot.
