Truong Thi Minh Duyen, a relative of the Thai woman in Quang Tri goes to the Dong Hoi Ward People’s Committee to complete the birth registration for the newborn.
According to local authorities in Dong Hoi Ward, the woman went into labour at eight months pregnant and delivered her baby at the Vietnam–Cuba Friendship Hospital in Dong Hoi.
After the birth, a relative of the mother in Quang Tri went to the Dong Hoi Ward People’s Committee to complete the birth registration for the newborn.
Truong Thi Minh Duyen, 60, a relative of the mother in Dong Hoi, said that because the baby’s mother is a Thai national, some documents were initially missing. However, with the help of local officials, the family was able to promptly complete all the required paperwork.
