Regarding delays in Ring Road 4 and Tu Lien Bridge projects, Dung pointed to slow site clearance as the leading cause, with land disputes accounting for around 60 per cent of cases. He also noted that a 15 per cent rise in cement and steel prices had further impacted progress.
He added that municipal authorities had approved VND 5 trillion to build a road connecting Tu Lien Bridge to Truong Sa Road.
