The festival will take place at Lechamp in Tu Le Commune and feature exhibitions of green rice and local OCOP products, ethnic costume performances, a photo exhibition and a food market.
A traditional new rice thanksgiving ceremony will also be held, alongside folk activities including green rice pounding, sticky rice cake making, goat fighting and traditional games.
Visitors can also experience the traditional process of making Tu Le green rice in Na Long Hamlet, where the local speciality has been produced for generations.
Held annually during the autumn harvest, the festival aims to preserve Tu Le's cultural heritage while promoting tourism in the mountainous province.
