Nhat Tam Restaurant located in Nam Tu Liem District’s Le Duc Tho Street has operated since February 15.
The restaurant starts preparing food at 6 am to serve people at 9:30 am from Monday to Friday.
Hoang Kim Ngoc, 32, the restaurant owner, said that initially, the restaurant mainly cooks simple vegetarian dishes such as those made from mushrooms.
Every day, some 10 people volunteer to serve in the restaurant. Most of them are students and Ngoc’s relatives and neighbours.
According to Tran Cam Tuyen, Ngoc’s mother, the restaurant welcomes all people. Many children are also taken there.
Le Thi Ha said that she eats vegetarian dishes, adding that Nhat Tam’s food is quite good.
Some kinds of vegetarian noodles are included in the restaurant’s menu.
