The occasion is not only a test of physical endurance but also an opportunity to cultivate discipline and resilience.

To stay on track, he spent 20 days on a strict training regimen before departure, cycling 50 kilometres each morning. During this time, he documented his progress and shared it on social media to gather feedback from the community and seasoned trans-Vietnam cyclists.

He departed from Hiep Binh Ward in Thu Duc City on a fully serviced bicycle, covering around 100 kilometres each day.

According to Hien, he only increased his cycling time, not his speed, to maintain endurance.
