Dantri/DTiNews has transferred over VND132m (USD5,600) in readers' donation to an injured mother in Hung Yen Province who supports almost single-handedly her family's ill members.
Vu Van Diep, Huong's brother, receives the donation
Vu Thi Huong is a single mother to two children in Nam Tri Village, Dang Le Commune. Her parents are both too old to work and her sister's mind has been stunted since birth. Huong is the pillar for the whole family and shoulders everything.
Unfortunately, she was severely injured in a traffic accident on November 26. She had a subdural hematoma, a collection of blood outside the brain, and had long treatment.
While she was still in hospital, her family have to live on the neighbours' kindness.

After learning about her situation, Dantri readers have donated VND132,360,000 to the family.
Huong was recently released from hospital and thanked everyone who donated and called to give her encouragement. Vu Van Diep, Huong's brother, said she was still weak but became much happier. Diep said they couldn't believe that they had been donated to such a huge amount of money.
