On February 27, British Ambassador to Vietnam Giles Lever worked with Lam Dong's authorities on to learn more about the accident in which three British nationals died at the Datanla Falls.

On February 27, British Ambassador to Vietnam Giles Lever worked with Lam Dong's authorities on to learn more about the accident in which three British nationals died at the Datanla Falls.

The Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee sent condolences to the victims’ families via Ambassador Giles Lever, affirming Lam Dong administration’s commitment to conducting careful investigation into the case and timely informing to the British Embassy.

He said as soon as the accident happened, the province has mobilized various forces to rescue efforts and found the bodies of the victims. Necessary diplomatic procedures and coordination with the British Embassy have also been made.
