The top diplomats said 2015 was a successful year for the Vietnam-US ties and agreed to jointly propel the bilateral cooperation forward and deepen their comprehensive partnership in a result-oriented manner.
They also shared mutual concerns about issues in Asia-Pacific, including the East Sea matters.
The officials agreed that the ASEAN-US rapports have seen significant strides in the year just gone, proven by the establishment of bilateral strategic partnership.
They suggested the two sides actively work together to press ahead with the ties.
