Three people have been killed when a passenger bus plunged off cliff in Lo Xo Pass in the central highlands province of Kon Tum on June 16.
The accident occurred at 2.15am on Saturday when the bus which departed from the northern province of Hai Duong was running through Ho Chi Minh Road in Dak Glei District.
Initial investigation from police showed that the bus lost control and fell off a 20-metre cliff.
There were 42 passengers on the bus and three of them were killed on the site," police reports said. "Three passengers suffered serious injures while 15 others were slightly hurt and had been taken to hospital."
