The instruction was made during the government leader’s visit to Ha Nam on Sunday.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the construction of the branches of Vietnam-Germany and Bach Mai hospitals
Much of the work on the two projects have not yet been finished. They continue to face a shortage of medical equipment, and lots of support facilities have deteriorated and been covered by wild grass.
Work on the two hospital branches started in 2014 and was scheduled to be completed in 2017. However, implementation was suspended from 2018. The facilities each have 1,000 sick beds.
The Bach Mai branch is valued at VND4.99 trillion (USD215 million), while the Vietnam-Germany branch is estimated at VND4.96 trillion.
Around 55-57 percent of the investment has been disbursed into the two projects.
The task force will be led by the health minister and see the participation of representatives from the ministries of planning and investment, construction, finance and justice, the Government Office as well as Ha Nam authorities.
The group is responsible for reviewing and helping with project implementation, legal procedures, total capital and any difficulties.
