Pham Tuan in the coastal commune of Binh Minh in Thang Binh District said that his house is facing the high risk of being hit by Storm Molave, so he has made an underground shelter which is enough for 10 people.

The cellar is 1.6 metres high and 10 square metre wide.

Tuan said that right after being informed of the storm, he decided to make the shelter. His family includes two disabled people, one being pregnant, two children and two elderly people.
