One section of a cargo train suddenly derailed this morning, May 13, in My Hung Commune, My Loc District while heading south.
The train derailed in Nam Dinh Province this morning
The train and one rail section were damaged.
Ha Ninh Railway Company sent 70 workers to the site to move the train off the line.
Outdated infrastructure, limited funds and operator negligence have been identified as the main causes of serious accidents on the rail.
