The Hanoi Department of Health has opened three virus prevention hotlines.
According to the department, Hanoi has isolated 29 people suspected of having contracted the deadly virus. Of them, 15 have been tested negative to the virus, while the remainder are awaiting more tests.
The city has not yet detected anyone tested positive to the disease.
Nearly 104 people interacted these suspected people and 40 among those are being kept a close watch on.
The department has instructed Ha Dong General Hospital, Duc Giang General Hospital, Dong Da General Hospital, Bac Thang Long Hospital and Thanh Nhan Hospital receive and treat suspected patients.
