According to Senior Lieutenant-colonel Huynh Van Khoi, spokesman of Tra Vinh Province’s Police Department, the man rushed into a branch of Vietcombank in Duyen Hai Town, threatened to shot the staff if they refused to hand over the cash.

There were six staff and one security officer outside. The staff handed over the money and the robbery was over in just two minutes.
