The Hanoi police received the accusation on May 17th from Han Thi L., 23, who lives in the central province of Nghe An Province.
According to the woman, Leo Dilly Tando, 33, is temporarily staying at Hang Bac Ward, Hoan Kiem District. Leo is her former boyfriend. They started the relationship last year, however, in May of this year, they broke up due to conflicts.
In recent meetings, Leo Dilly Tando was violent to L., causing her injuries to the head and eyes and breaking her front tooth. He damaged four of her mobile phones. Particularly, the man disseminated a video clip of the couple having sex on social networks.
At the police station, Leo Dilly Tando admitted to his actions.
