Eden Hotel in Ngu Hanh Son District has asked to remove 129 rooms which are not included in the construction permit
Chairman of the Danang City's People's Committee, Huynh Duc Tho has asked the local Construction Department to monitor the removal of the illegal construction and report to the committee by May 30.
Earlier, the Minh Thuy Company, Ltd has been fined VND501 million (USD22,080) for illegally adding 129 rooms to the hotel building.
Eden Hotel project was licensed with 22 floors and 96 rooms. Authorities in Ngu Hanh Son District then found that they were building 225 rooms and suspended the project.
