According to the national flag carrier, the new lounge which meets all requirements of a 4-star airline and those of SkyTeam Alliance, and is intended to better serve Lotusmile’s Platinum and Gold members, Business-class travellers of the airline as well as of SkyTeam Alliance members.
The lounge, located on the third floor of D area in Terminal T1, covers over 1,500 square metres and can host 420 passengers.
General director of Vietnam Airlines, Duong Chi Thanh said that the opening of Lotus Lounge is an important step to mark their progress to a four-star airline.
"The operation of this new lounge is aimed at improving service quality to offer more facilities and benefits for passengers who now can enjoy our top-class services right after they enter the airport,” Thanh confirmed.
A new business lounge was opened at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport on August 19.
