The scenic rest stop located in the south of Vinh Hoi Pass in Phu Cat District will be designed in the form of a bridge. It will be an ideal check-in spot for tourists.

The viewing bridge will range from 4-12 metres in width, with a deck height no more than 0.6 metres above the new DT 639 road to preserve open sea views. It will have a minimum clearance of 3.6 metres above the old DT 639 road, ensuring vehicle passage beneath.
The project with a total area of 9,600 square metres will have flower gardens, green space for refreshments, souvenirs, and public toilets as well as technical infrastructure.
The project is expected to be carried out within two years.
