The opening ceremony will take place alongside the launch of the 2026 Thai Nguyen International Tea Festival, with the events expected to draw large crowds of residents and visitors eager to explore the revamped city centre.

Located opposite Vo Nguyen Giap Square, a venue for major cultural activities and large-scale provincial events, Central Square Thai Nguyen occupies a prominent position in the heart of the city. The development is bordered by three streets, Hung Vuong, Doi Can and Nguyen Du, offering convenient access to administrative and commercial areas and major transport routes.
Central Square has been developed as a plaza-centred property complex, combining a pedestrian street, public spaces and rows of shophouses within an integrated masterplan.
The layout is designed to create commercial opportunities by allowing visitors to the square to continue on to the development to stroll, shop, sample local food and enjoy other services.
The pedestrian street will connect with the square and feature musical fountains, 3D mapping light shows, and areas for cultural and entertainment activities. The development aims to establish a lively destination throughout the day and into the night.
