According to the Co To Tourism Association, the campaign, organised with local tourism businesses, runs from October 1, 2026, to April 20, 2027, excluding public holidays and the Lunar New Year holiday.
The programme targets families, young travellers and tour groups, combining accommodation, transport, sightseeing and local experiences at discounted prices.

A budget package costs VND 950,000 per person for two days and one night, or VND 1.15 million for three days and two nights.
It includes accommodation at two- or three-star hotels or homestays, local transport by electric vehicle or motorbike, transfers to and from the port, a one-way high-speed ferry ticket and Ao Tien Port fees.
For groups of at least 20 people, a three-day, two-night package starts at VND 1.6 million per person, covering accommodation, breakfast, three main meals, sightseeing transport, return ferry tickets and port fees.
Group tours are scheduled to depart on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with passengers departing from Ao Tien Port in Van Don.
Visitors can also explore the island's coastal scenery, watch sunrises and sunsets, discover local culture and history, and enjoy fresh seafood.
The campaign aims to strengthen cooperation among transport operators, hotels, restaurants and tourism service providers while attracting more visitors during the traditionally quieter autumn-winter season.
