Tet flower road launched at HCM City hospital
Cho Ray Hospital in HCM City has opened a flower road to welcome the Tet Lunar New Year Festival.
The flower display was inaugurated on Monday, providing a colourful environment for patients and their relatives who have to stay at the hospital during the festival.
The road is around hundreds of metres long, running from Trieu Quang Phuc to Thuan Kieu streets. It is decorated with various kinds of flowers.
This is an annual hospital activity for Tet.
Healthcare staff from 79 departments of the hospital have jointly created 30 scenes featuring different areas from across the country.
Tan from District 10 said that his wife was being treated at Cho Ray Hospital. The couple were very happy to take photos of the flower display, which has helped to ease their homesickness.
The flower-lined path will be there through Tet.
